Our team can manage all Plan expenses for our clients.  We fully review each bill and consistently apply plan parameters to appropriately manage payments.  All work is audited by our senior managers on a monthly basis.

GOVERNMENT FILINGS

CDS develops a customized regulatory compliance calendar for each client.  Our team constantly monitors the regulatory environment to ensure our clients remain in full compliance.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Detalied financial statements are developed for our clients according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).  CDS staff present the financial statements at Trustee meetings.

EXTERNAL AND GOVERNMENT AUDITORS

CDS will work annually (or more often if needed) with Fund Auditors to ensure the plan is in full compliance.  We never charge for our assistance in audits.
