The Healthcare Claims Processor is responsible for accurately analyzing, reviewing, and adjudicating medical, dental, and vision claims. This role involves maintaining exceptional customer service by providing clear and accurate information to both providers and participants regarding eligibility, benefits, and claim status. Key responsibilities include answering and resolving incoming participant and provider calls, conducting outbound calls to follow up on participant concerns, and processing various types of claims.
